Some thoughts on repetition this week:
Repetition is the anchor that allows us to dive deeper without losing the thread.
When a line is repeated, a process of deconstruction begins:
the literal meaning of the words and the intention behind speaking them start to separate.
This gap between meaning and intention opens space for new subtexts to emerge.
As the repetition continues, the deconceptualization of language begins—
words become sound, rhythm, and physical movement.
And the experience shifts from “thinking about meaning” to “being inside the phenomenon.”
It reconnects us to emotional and somatic experience—
a place where expression is no longer guided by concepts but by impulse.
Where we react before we interpret.
Our expression remains truthful, yet unpredictable.
And creative insights begin to surface as the habitual frame dissolves.

p.s. I find myself enjoy the same flow in humming a song:
While repeating the same melody, the impulse piles up and changes the rhythm.
